Connectivity:

TeleCity has 2 diverse routes consisting of 9 x 110mm Ø ducts entering the building at either end of the facility;
The cables are routed securely to ODFs (Optical Distribution Frame) located in the frame rooms.

Carrier feeds are diverse and secure.

All cabling is anonymous. TeleCity uses a cable infrastructure database which is updated every time circuits are added or removed.

Security:

24x7 on-site manned.
Customer access list, Smart Card, escorted visitation.

CCTV throughout the facility.
